The information we collect includes:

  • Log and Usage Data.Log and usage data is service‑related, diagnostic, usage and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and that we record in log files. Depending upon how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings, and information about your activity in the Services (such as date and time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches and other actions you take such as which features you use), as well as device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called “crash dumps”), and hardware settings).

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, tailor advertisements to your interests or send abandoned shopping cart reminders (depending upon your communication preferences). The third parties and service providers use their technologies to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interests that may appear either on our Services or on other websites.

Google Analytics

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyse the use of the Services. The Google Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include: Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impressions Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. 6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE‑BASED PRODUCTS?

In summary: We offer products, features and tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning or comparable technologies.

We may make available, as part of the Services, certain products, features or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning or similar technologies (collectively, “AI Products”). These AI Products are intended solely to enhance your experience and to offer innovative solutions; they are not designed to provide legal, medical or any other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment. Your access to and use of the AI Products is governed by the terms set forth in this Notice.


Use of AI Technologies

Our AI Products are provided through third‑party service providers (the “AI Service Providers”), which may include Llama and others. As described in this Notice, your inputs to the AI Products, the outputs generated by the AI Products and any personal information that you provide in connection with them will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers so that you may use the AI Products for the purposes described in What legal bases do we rely on to process your personal information? You must not use the AI Products in any manner that violates any applicable law, these Legal Terms or the terms, conditions or policies of any AI Service Provider. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

  • submit any sensitive personal data (such as health or financial information, or information concerning race or ethnicity) to the AI Products;
  • use the AI Products to develop or train competing machine learning or artificial intelligence models;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any AI Product or underlying model;
  • use any AI Product in a manner that infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
  • use any AI Product to make or assist in making decisions that could have legal or similarly significant effects for an individual, for example, decisions concerning mental health or medical treatment, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit or access to public services; or
  • users are responsible for any downstream use of AI generated content (e.g. editing, publishing or repurposing) and must ensure compliance with applicable laws when redistributing that content.

We reserve the right to monitor your use of the AI Products for compliance with these restrictions, to filter or block prompts and outputs that we deem abusive, illegal or otherwise inappropriate, and to suspend or terminate your access to the AI Products if we determine that you have violated these Legal Terms or any applicable law.

Our AI Products

Our AI Products currently perform the following functions:

  • AI‑powered applications or AI Chat features.

Where applicable law so requires, we will explicitly inform end users that they are engaging with an AI system rather than a human being and will identify any content or responses that have been generated by AI.

We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue any AI Product at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any results or content generated by the AI Products. You acknowledge that any content generated by an AI Product may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unintended biases or statements that are not tailored to your specific circumstances. You should independently verify any information obtained through an AI Product before relying on it. The AI Products may respond based on historical data, patterns or information available to the AI Service Providers; such responses may not reflect the most current events or legal or regulatory developments.


Intellectual‑Property Rights in AI Outputs. 

We do not guarantee that content generated by the AI Products is free of third‑party intellectual‑property claims. You are responsible for ensuring that any use of AI‑generated content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others. We do not assign or license any intellectual‑property rights we may have in the AI‑generated content to you.

How We Process Your Data Using AI

All personal information processed in connection with our AI Products is handled in accordance with this Notice, our agreements with AI Service Providers and applicable law. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure or other processing inconsistent with this Notice. We do not use personal information provided in connection with the AI Products for automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. We may anonymize or aggregate personal information processed through the AI Products to improve or monitor the performance, security or quality of the AI Products. We may retain your inputs and the outputs generated by the AI Products for as long as necessary to provide the Services and as otherwise permitted by law. We will not sell or share your personal information processed through the AI Products for any third party’s advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not permit the AI Service Providers to use personal information you submit through the AI Products to train their general‑purpose models, except to the extent necessary to provide and maintain the AI Products and in compliance with our contractual obligations and applicable law.

By using the AI Products, you understand and agree that your data will be processed in accordance with this Notice and that we may rely on AI Service Providers to deliver the AI Products. 7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In summary: We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Notice will require us to keep your personal information longer than necessary to provide certain products and/or services to you or as required by applicable law. Any personal data that is no longer required by Pulse Browser will be destroyed.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if that is not possible (for instance, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In summary: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should access the Services only within a secure environment.

9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In summary: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the equivalent age required by law in your jurisdiction) or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to that minor’s use of the Services. If we become aware that personal information from users less than 18 years of age (or the equivalent age required by law in your jurisdiction) has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to promptly delete such data from our records. In certain regions (such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada), you have rights under applicable data protection laws that may include the right (i) to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information, (iv) if applicable, to data portability, and (v) not to be subject to automated decision‑making. If a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means, we will inform you, explain the principal factors and provide a simple way to request a human review. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. We will evaluate and act on any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK data protection authority.

If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information (which may be express and/or implied, depending upon the applicable law), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted on grounds other than consent.

Cookies and similar technologies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually configure your browser to remove or reject cookies. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO‑NOT‑TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do‑Not‑Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this time, a uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has not been finalised. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we are required to follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Notice.

California law requires us to explain how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there is currently no industry or legal standard for recognising or honouring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

12. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Will your information be shared with anyone else?

We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be a “sale” of your personal information.

We have not disclosed, sold or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.

Under certain US state data protection laws, you may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may refuse a request from an authorised agent that does not provide proof that they have been validly authorised to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.

Request Verification

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine that you are the same individual whose information we hold in our systems. We will use personal information provided in your request solely for the purpose of verifying your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request additional information for the purposes of verification and for security or fraud‑prevention purposes.

If you submit the request through an authorised agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request, and the agent will need to provide written and signed permission from you authorising them to submit such a request on your behalf.
